Nikki was born and raised in Utah. She grew up on a farm for most of her childhood. She lived in California for a few years and in 2019 Nikki and her husband decided to move back to Utah to be closer to family. Her brother Shaun convinced her to get a job here at Entrada. She started in the Snack Bar and was promoted through various positions within the Food and Beverage Department. Nikki is currently serving as our Food and Beverage Manager. She loves the outdoors and her dogs.
