Equity Golf Membership

Associate Membership
The Associate Membership is mandatory for property owner's in the Entrada Property Owner's Association ("EPOA"), Reserves Property Owner's Association ("RPOA"), Lava Cove Property Owner's Association ("LPOA") and Lava Falls Property Owner's Association ("LFPOA"). The membership is non-equity, has no voting rights and cannot be assessed. The membership has unlimited use of the Sports and Wellness Center that includes cardio equipment, tennis and pickle ball courts, daily classes, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, the clubhouse and private dining in The Grille restaurant. Associate Members are subject to an annual food minimum.
Social Membership
The Social Membership is available to owners in The Cliffs of Snow Canyon only. The membership has a limit of seven unaccompanied rounds on the golf course at the applicable guest rate. The membership is non-equity, has no voting rights, and cannot be assessed. The membership has unlimited use of the Wellness Center, the clubhouse, and private dining in The Grille restaurant and is subject to an annual food minimum.
