Chef de Cuisine
Kyle grew up in rural Maryland and moved to Utah as a teenager. He met his wife here in Utah and then moved to Portland, Oregon so he could attend Culinary School. Kyle lived and worked in Portland for 5 years and was first made Sous Chef at very popular Japanese restaurant. He has been working his way up the ranks here at Entrada for a few years and is now Chef de Cuisine. Kyle lives in Ivins with his wife, two young children and his Shiba Inu Toby.
