Javier Cruz has been working in the restaurant industry for 20 years. Javier has worked in many different styles of food over the years, but his specialty is Italian cuisine. Having spent much of his time in Italian kitchens such as Chef Alfredo’s here in St. George. “Javii” as he prefers to be called enjoys working on his craft and especially likes working with other cooks passing on his knowledge and skills in the kitchen. When Javii is not working he loves to spend time with his children and watching Soccer and Football on television.
