Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club is a Member owned equity Country Club located within the Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club gated community. The club is organized as a Utah not-for-profit corporation for the purpose of owning and operating the recreational facilities of Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club. It provides Members and their guests with privileges to use the golf, tennis, exercise, swimming pools, dining, lounge, and other amenities that the Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club has to offer.


Who is eligible to acquire memberships in Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club?

Membership is exclusively offered to owners of property in the Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club community. Current properties of Entrada include all phases of Kachina Springs (South, North, East, Cliffs), Paiute Springs, Chaco Bench, Chaco West, Lava Cove, Lava Falls, Anasazi Hills, Anasazi Ridge, The Reserve, Toroweap, Shinava Ridge, the Inn at Entrada, and The Cliffs of Snow Canyon.

What amenities do Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club offer?

The Club Facilities include golf, tennis, dining, swimming, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, fitness and aerobics facilities.

The golf facilities consist of an 18-hole Johnny Miller designed championship golf course, practice range, practice greens, chipping, putting, and teaching areas.

The Fitness Center includes an indoor swimming pool and hot tub, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, a sand volleyball court, one lighted and two non-lighted tennis courts, three pickleball courts, fitness equipment, aerobics studio, and private massage rooms.

The main clubhouse includes a restaurant and lounge, large outdoor patio, a private dining room, golf locker rooms and lounges for the use of Equity Members. The lower level of the clubhouse includes a golf pro shop, snack bar, and banquet and meeting rooms. The clubhouse is approximately 22,000 square feet.

Use of the Club facilities is governed strictly by the Club Rules and Regulations, ensuring that an enjoyable atmosphere is maintained at all times and that members and their guests obtain maximum use and enjoyment from the Club. The Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club has contracted with Troon Golf who employs professional management and staff to operate the club facilities.


What kind of Membership is offered at Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club?

Regular Equity Golf Membership - Entitles you to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, pickelball, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your accompanied guests access to all of the clubhouse amenities, including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities as well the private men’s and women’s locker rooms, along with everything that the golf course has to offer including priority tee times.

Limited Equity Membership - This membership is for property owners of Entrada whose primary residence is outside of Washington County. Entitles you and your guests to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, pickelball, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your accompanied guests access to the clubhouse including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities as well as the private men’s and women’s locker rooms, along with everything that the golf course has to offer including priority tee times for golf, however play is restricted during peak season from October 1 to March 31, to six rounds per spouse per month.

Social Membership - Entitles you to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, pickelball, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your accompanied guests access to the clubhouse amenities including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities, with the exception of the private locker rooms, which are restricted to Equity Members only. Entitled to seven rounds of golf per spouse per year with applicable green fees.
Associate Membership - Entitles you to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, pickelball, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your accompanied guests access to the clubhouse amenities including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities, with the exception of the private locker rooms, which are restricted to Equity Members only.
Junior Membership - This Membership is for sons or daughters (or spouse of same) of an Equity Member between the ages of 21 and 35. Entitles you to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, pickelball, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your accompanied guests access to the clubhouse amenities including restaurant, lounge and banquet facilities, as well as the private men’s and women’s locker rooms, along with everything that the golf course has to offer including priority tee times for the golf course.

What are the voting privileges of Members?

Only Equity members may vote. Prior to the turnover of the Club to the members, equity members generally have no voting rights other than as required by law or in connection with assessments. After turnover, Regular Equity and Limited Equity members will be entitled to one vote per membership certificate on matters voted on by all Equity members of the Club.

Are members of my family entitled to use my membership privileges?

Children of members under the age of 26 and living in the same household as the member will have the same privileges as the member. Additional family members may utilize the club facilities only when accompanied by a member and upon payment of any applicable guest fees and charges. In some instances, an unaccompanied family member may utilize the club, but only with prior written approval of the member and upon purchase of a visitor card. This is necessary to comply with the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control’s requirements.

Are my guests entitled to use my membership privileges?

Members are entitled to have guests use the Club Facilities in accordance with the Club rules and upon payment of any applicable guest fees and charges. Guests are entitled to use the Club Facilities only in accordance with the category of membership held by the sponsoring member. Guest play on the golf course is limited to not more than 5 times per year per guest. Unaccompanied guests may utilize the club, but only with prior written approval of the member and upon purchase of a visitor card. This is necessary to comply with the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control’s requirements.

How many Equity Memberships will be sold?

A maximum of 400 Equity Memberships in Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club may be issued. An equity membership is defined as all Regular Equity and Limited equity members; However, Limited Equity Memberships shall be counted as one-third (33-1/3%) of a Regular Equity Membership.

If I sell my Entrada property, what happens to my membership?

If you sell your property at Entrada and you are a Social or Associate Member, you are no longer eligible for membership. Memberships are non-transferable; therefore, the membership is forfeited when you sell your Entrada property. You are still responsible for all outstanding bills and charges, up to the date the membership is terminated.

If you sell your property at Entrada and you are an Equity Member (Regular or Limited) your Equity Membership immediately becomes callable. You may retain your membership and continue to enjoy full privileges, provided you remain a member in good standing and continue to pay monthly dues, and food minimums as required.

This does not apply to memberships of any class which become callable as a result of the Member selling or conveying all of his or her Entrada Property or because the Member is otherwise not eligible to be a Member of the Club as set forth in the Club By-laws.

What happens if I resign my membership?

Social memberships may be terminated at any time upon written notification to the Club of resignation of the membership. Members will be responsible for all dues and charges up to the date of termination of the Social membership.

Equity members may only sell their memberships through the Club. Prior to the issuance of all authorized memberships by the Club, any member desiring to sell his or her membership must notify the Club in writing that their membership is for sale. Resigned memberships will be repurchased by the Board in the order received and one membership will be repurchased from the top of the resignation list only after two previously un-issued memberships of the same classification have been initially sold. A transfer fee of 30% of the initiation fee for the last previously issued membership will apply to the re-purchase of the resigned membership. (The resigned member receives 70% of the amount of the most recently sold initial membership of the same classification).

Associate members are not allowed to resign. As long as they are property owners, they are members.

Are the Club facilities available to anyone other than members?

On October 1, 2006, Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club became a private club for its members. Accompanied guests of members and guests staying at the Inn at Entrada are welcomed to play on our course.
