Types of Memberships

Ownership of property within the Entrada at Snow Canyon development is required to be eligible for all Club membership types. Regular Equity Golf Membership - Entitles you to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your guests access to all of the clubhouse amenities, including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities as well the private men's and women's locker rooms, along with everything that the golf course has to offer including priority tee times.

Limited Equity Golf - This membership is for property owners of Entrada whose primary residence is outside of Washington County. Entitles you and your guests to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your guests access to the clubhouse including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities as well as the private men's and women's locker rooms, along with everything that the golf course has to offer including priority tee times for golf, however play is restricted during peak season from October 1 to March 31, to six rounds per spouse per month.

Fractional Equity Golf Membership - Use of all facilities during owner occupancy in their Entrada fractional unit. The Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your guests access to all of the clubhouse amenities, including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities as well the private men's and women's locker rooms, along with everything that the golf course has to offer including priority tee times.

Social Membership - Entitles you to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your guests access to the clubhouse amenities including restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities, with the exception of the private locker rooms, which are restricted to Equity Members only. Entitled to two rounds of golf per spouse per year, applicable green fees apply.

Junior Membership - This Membership is for sons or daughters (or spouse of same) of an Equity Member between the ages of 21 and 35. Entitles you to all of the amenities of the Sports and Fitness Center including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room and classes, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Entitles you and your guests access to the clubhouse amenities including restaurant, lounge and banquet facilities, as well as the private men's and women's locker rooms, along with everything that the golf course has to offer including priority tee times for the golf course.

Associate Membership - This Membership entitles you to all of the amenities that the Social Membership does, with the exception of golf twice a year. Anyone that purchases property within the Entrada Property Homeowners Association (EPOA), Reserve Property Owners Association(RPOA) and Lava Cove Property Owners Association (LCPOA) is automatically an Associate Member.

No rights to golf course except to play golf twice per year (per spouse) subject to payment of the applicable greens and cart fees.

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP: (6)

Convertible to Regular Equity or Non-Resident Equity if eligible by ownership of property for payment of the difference between the Junior initiation fee paid and the then current initiation fee (5).

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: (1)

Monthly Dues (2): $95.00 paid to HOA

Full use of all facilities except golf course and clubhouse locker rooms

No rights to golf course.

Unlimited use of Sports and Fitness Center (3).

Fitness class fees applicable.


NOTES:

1. Applicant for this Membership must own property at Entrada at Snow Canyon, Lava Cove, Lava Falls, The Reserve, or The Cliffs of Snow Canyon (collectively “Entrada at Snow Canyon”).

2. Initiation fees and dues will be adjusted from time to time by the Board of Trustees as outlined in the By-Laws of Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club.

3. Consult “Golf Course Playing Privileges and Rules of Play” and “Sports and Fitness Center Privileges and Rules of Usage” for more complete explanation of all rules.

4. Transfers of Equity Memberships are subject to a 30% transfer fee payable to the Club.

5. Conversion rights expire when maximum number of Equity Members is attained.

6. Applicant must be son or daughter (or spouse of same) of an Equity Member, and must be between the ages of 21 and 35.


ADDITIONAL RULES AND PROVISIONS:
A. Social Memberships are forfeited to the Club upon non-payment of dues or when the Member transfers or otherwise disposes of his or her property at Entrada at Snow Canyon. Social initiation fee may be applied to initiation fee for Equity Membership at the then current price, so long as one is available.

B. Junior Memberships are forfeited to the Club upon non-payment of dues or when the member reaches age 36. Junior Membership Initiation fee may be applied to initiation fee for Equity Membership so long as one is available at the then current initiation fee.

C. Regular Equity and Limited Equity Memberships are automatically converted to Callable Equity or Limited Callable Equity Memberships when the Member sells or transfers his or her property at Entrada at Snow Canyon. Such Memberships are thereafter subject to the “call” provisions relating to Callable Equity Memberships at the then current price, as long as one is available. Refer to the Club's By-Laws.

D. The maximum number of Equity Memberships is limited to 375. Each Limited Equity membership is counted as one-third of a Regular Equity Membership for purposes of this limitation. No limit on number of Social Members, but must own property at Entrada at Snow Canyon. No limit on number of Junior Memberships, but must be son or daughter (or spouse of same) of an Equity Member.

E. The Club may impose minimum food service purchases upon all Equity, Junior and Social Members at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

ALL OF THE FOREGOING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MAXIMUM NUMBER OF MEMBERS, INITIATION FEES AND DUES ARE SUBJECT TO AMENDMENT FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
